WASHINGTON, Jan 14 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers said on Friday there was no likelihood of a formal agreement with Ecuador regarding the Latin American country's decision to adopt the dollar as its currency.
``No formal agreement is in prospect,'' he told reporters after giving a speech at the Institute for International Economics.
